- VENDORSYNC TEMPLATE UPDATES

RetailerIQ Live Template Updates provide new and useful vendor compliance requirements for use in VendorSYNC Studio software.

RetailerIQ is the technology that powers VendorSYNC Studio's line item requirements template engine. RetailerIQ distributes new and useful industry "best practices" vendor requirements line items you can use in your vendor compliance manual.

VendorSYNC constantly releases new items to improve the quality of the template. Updates may consist of individual line items to enhance an existing chapter, or may consist of an entirely new chapter set. The vendor requirements are available immediately for use in your vendor compliance manuals with just a click of the mouse.

RetailerIQ packages are downloadable files containing vendor requirements you can import into your VendorSYNC Studio software and add to your template.

Manufactures are required by CA Prop 65 to inform consumers when products contain chemicals known by the State to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity.

As always, you can check for new releases any time by using the 'Check for Updates' feature in your VendorSYNC Studio software.

 

Installing RetailerIQ Template Updates

Click the 'download' link for the RetailerIQ package you want to download in the list above. If you have VendorSYNC Studio installed on this computer, select 'Open file' when your browser prompts you. Once the download is complete, VendorSYNC Studio will automatically import the package. If you do not have VendorSYNC Studio installed on this computer, you must save the file to disk.

NOTE: If the link(s) above are not active, you must first login to your MY VENDORSYNC account.

 

Importing a saved RetailerIQ package

If you choose to save the above download(s) to disk, or your browser automatically saves it to disk, you can import it into VendorSYNC Studio at your convenience.

To import a RetailerIQ package, open VendorSYNC Studio and select 'RetailerIQ Items...' from the 'Import' sub-menu in the 'Tools' menu. This will open the 'RetailerIQ Import' wizard. Select the RetailerIQ package file you just downloaded (by default it is saved on your Windows Desktop), and click the 'Import' button.

NOTE: VendorSYNC Studio software is required to read and import RetailerIQ packages.
